Note for Consignment Sales Unless the item sold as a consignment item is received by the buyer in a damaged condition, or it is obviously not the item represented in the ad, or if the description does not match the actual item received, no requests for refunds will be honored. We must stress the importance of the buyer being aware of what the item is, and resolving all questions related to the item prior to placing the order to purchase the item. Public Domain Media. We will accept reproductions of media that is in the public domain. Those may be in the form of printed copies, CD/DVDs or even digital media formats. Genre wise, they may be fiction in all categories, or nonfiction. Please note that the statement concerning objectionable materials we have already made still applies.

Digital Media. We accept listings for digital media (downloadable) material. We can not be responsible for the storage and downloading process of such materials. We will take the orders for those items and pass the information on to you, the seller. It is your responsibility as to how you transfer the purchased items to the buyers. If you have a download location, you will typically supply the buyer with a link and a password, or some other enabling procedure.

We're sorry but we can not do pricing research in response to email queries. We receive frequent inquiries regarding the value of a particular item. In most cases, we will not know that information. If we have that our similar items listed, then we may have the answer. We have derived the value of items we list from our consignment sales clients, or from work we have done in preparation for the listing of those items.
