Some Comments on Communications: It is crucial that we be able to contact you in the event that we have questions pertaining to your order. We have to follow up on an order from time to time and often we receive no response to our inquiries. PLEASE provide us with a valid email address. If you are paying through PayPal and the email address you have on file is invalid, you will know that, so please provide us with one we can use to reach you if we need to. We don't have to contact every customer but on occasion we do. Please help us to serve you better.

If we need to contact you about your order and we can not do so because our messages are returned due to invalid email addresses or if you simply fail to respond to our request and several days and attempts have gone by with no response, we will cancel your order and your payment will be refused.

We often receive inquiries about products or collectible items which are unrelated to the lines we sell on this site. More than likely we will not have knowledge about those items. We will not know their value nor where they might be obtained. We will not be able to help you find the answers to your questions. Sorry.

Please note, we can not take orders via phone. If you wish to discuss products offered or orders on a phone call, that is fine. But all orders must be placed either directly on line or via mail with appropriate payment included.

Please do not call to ask if we have a particular doll. All of the dolls we have are listed on the web site. We have no others.

We cannot process orders or put items on lay away by phone. We need an email from you listing the doll or dolls you are interested in placing on lay away. We will respond to you by return email with further information on how to purchase on lay away.

We can not offer discounts or special deals. Our prices are already at rock bottom and among the best you will find on the Web.

We can not do pricing research in response to email queries. We cannot help you find a product which is not listed on our site.
