Bean Talk-Boyds Bears

As a collector of Bears for about 15 years, with over 100,
I can honestly tell ya the Boyds are my pawsatively favorite
evah and make up the majority of my collection. I never met
a bear I could not love, but the precious faces of the Boyds
will just break yer heart. Ya will find them in all sizes
and price ranges and materials from Bearstone to Plush to
the more elaborate Mohair. I am still waiting fer someone to
surprise me with one of those. The Boyds Collection is not
limited to just Bears, they are makers of other
"Gen-you-whine" equally adorable critters just not as many,
there's some hares and tabbies and pooches and mooses or is
it meeses, some that go in the barn yard too. Okay yea I do
have a couple tabbies and a hare or two. Iff ya need some new
furniture, they have that too, well Bear size. Why they have
such a verity of stuff, even a baby doll or two. If ya need a
Bear calendar or some paper to write yer friends a letter,
they have that stuff too, and even some greeting cards. I
have seen some wall hangins if ya have a hole in yer wall to
cover or jest need sumpkin to hang on yer wall.

Each is tagged with their very own unique "Gen-you-Whine" Bear
name, or what ever critter they are, and a little history of
themselfs. Their dressed in little outfits created jest for
themselfs and some even make the best dressed list. Ya can
find a theme bear for every holiday, so yer never at loss fer
the perfect gift fer any bear lover, or yerself if no body
else is givin ya any.

Boyds has been around for about 20 years or so, started by the
Head Bean hisself a delightful character, Gary Lowenthal and
his wife Tina, expanding their then business, a small antique
shop to the many faceted company it is now with a change over
in the early 80's to selling reproductions and then the
production of bears and resin figurines . Yea he really does
talk funny and claims " I am just as off centered and
eccentric as the bears."

So if yer looking for a bear to love, I recommend the Boyds
Plush's. they will love you back, but I promise, ya better
have room for more, they are contagious.
